I know what it's like to be underestimated.

Several years ago, after 20+ years of consistently hitting quota and earning President's Club trips, I found myself on a Performance Improvement Plan.

I had just turned around an underperforming team. But I'd done it my way: coaching and developing leaders instead of micromanaging. My approach worked for the team, but not for my boss.

And I was the sole provider for my family.

That PIP was my breaking point.

Not because I doubted my abilities, but because I finally saw the truth: staying stuck wasn't about my performance. It was about my positioning.

I knew I was capable of leading at the executive level. I knew I was worth more. But knowing it and proving it to the market are two different things.

So I built a framework. A Career Blueprint. A Strategic Positioning Plan. A Compelling Leadership Story.

That framework changed everything.

Within months, I landed an executive role that doubled my impact and my income. Over the next several years, I served as VP of Sales four times at Salesforce, Wolters Kluwer, OneSource Virtual, and ADP, leading teams that drove revenue from $7M to $200M.

Today, I teach that same framework to high-performing sales managers ready to step into executive leadership.
